  How does it work?

  Every guest participating collects points for all money spent in our hotel. Three levels can be
  reached and with higher ones guest receives bonuses for his loyalty to Grand Hotel Bohemia

Conditions

1) The application can be filled in anytime

2) 3 levels in accordance with money spent :

a. Preferred –    50.000 CZK  and over
b. Top          –  80.000 CZK  and over
c. Elite         –  120.000 CZK   and over 

3) 1 point is collected for every 1 CZK spent in Grand Hotel Bohemia for
     accommodation and  related hotel services (excluding pay-outs, hotel taxi
     and parking)

4) Once client reaches the level, related bonuses are valid for all his future stays.

5) Customer can be excluded from the program if he does not reserve his stay
     within 3 years from  his last stay

6) Accommodation paid via travel agency cannot be used to collect points however
     other expenses paid by guest in the hotel (excluding pay-outs, hotel taxi and
     parking) will be counted to his / her balance

* 20% discount for consumption at Franc Josef Restaurant

* Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room
* Breakfast served in your room at no charge

* Early check in from 11.00 AM  free of charge  (upon availability)
* Complimentary washing and ironing of 1 shirt a day

3) Top level - 80.000,- CZK and over  

* All “Preferred” bonuses
* VIP treatment as per your choice ( beer, wine, fruit )
* Room of your choice - Executive or Deluxe rooms (upon availability)
* Newspapers delivery every morning

* Voucher for 1 massage for 1 person for every 80.000 points collection

* Voucher for 3 course dinner including 1 bottle of Czech wine for 2 persons
for every 80.000 points collection

4) Elite level - 120.000,- CZK and over        
              
* All “Top” bonuses
* Reservations can be cancelled with no charge
* Room of your choice -  Deluxe room or Junior suite (upon availability)
* Complimentary minibar

* Voucher for weekend stay-2 nights  for 2 persons in one of the AUSTRIA HOTELS
