Terms and Conditions

• Vouchers are transferable and are valid for one year and are redeemable for all hotel services in each hotel of the Austria Hotels International.
• The minimum value is Euro 25,00. Vouchers can only be made in Euro. The payment can conveniently be made by credit card.
• There is no right of reimbursement if the voucher is not used.
• There is no replacement in case of loss of the vouchers.
• If a voucher is used but not the total amount, no reimbursement is possible.
• A new voucher can only be requested if the remaining value of the used voucher is worth Euro 20,00 and above.
• Vouchers can be used in all hotels of Austria Hotels International
• Data protection the necessary data for the business transaction will be saved. Rest assured all personal data will be dealt with utmost discretion.

The order form is 128 bit SSL – keyed. For security reasons, the entire data exchanged between you and us will be indecipherable by others. The coding will be shown in the lower right hand corner with the symbol
