On-line reservations
If using our integrated on-line reservation form please note that your reservation will become definite only after having received a reconfirmation by fax or email.
Reservations for the same day will be accepted until 6:00 p.m.
later than that please contact the hotel directly.

Check-in/Check-out
Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m.
We kindly ask you to check-out before noon.
Early check-in or late check-out without surcharge is subject to availability.
Please ask for details when making your reservation.

Rates & Taxes
All our rates are per room and night, local taxes, service charges and VAT
and inclusive rich buffet breakfast.
 

Children policy: (in parents’ room, max. 1 child)
Children up to 9 years are welcome free of charge when using existing bedding.
Baby cots are available at no extra charge.
Children from 10 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel. 

Extra beds: (max. 1 per room)
Adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Guarantee policy & acceptance of credit cards:
Guarantee required at the time of booking.
Guaranteed reservations are kept until 11:00 a.m. the next day.
Personal cheques are not accepted.
We accept the following credit cards as a guarantee and for payment: 

       

Cancellation:
Unless agreed otherwise (e.g. Advanced Purchase conditions) cancellations are free of charge till 1 day prior to arrival.
For New Years period (DEC29-JAN03): If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

EASTER 21. -25.04.2011:  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 
TOP TERM CONGRESS: 22. -26.06.2011:  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Combine same bookings:
Should individual reservations placed at different times, or a reservation of several rooms in one single reservation by an individual or a participant of a group booking generate a group booking, the hotel reserves the right to combine the individual reservations to one group account, modifying the terms of reservations and cancellations.
Should these amended terms not be accepted by the booker, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the entire reservation.

Reservations for meetings, seminars, events etc. at negotiated rates:
If you indicate at the time of reservation (check-in) that you are participating in a meeting, seminar, event etc. and request a negotiated rate, the hotel reserves the right to check availability of that particular rate prior to confirming your reservation details. Should the special rate not be available, the rate mentioned in your earlier confirmation will be applicable.
This will also apply to voucher programmes such as eBay, American Express Membership Rewards etc... 

General conditions:
All our agreements are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations (AHCR) and the Austria Hotels International General Terms and Conditions.
